Healthy oat cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 160 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink) (chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy
  • e.g. cranberries, dried
  • e.g. pumpkin seeds
  • n. B. Protein powder (chocolate or nut flavor), possibly

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

super tasty, healthy and easy to prepare

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a hand mixer. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, using a tablespoon, spread the dough onto the baking sheet in any size blobs. I always use 12 cookies. Bake the cookies for about 30 minutes and serve them while still lukewarm. If you like, you can also add other nuts or dried fruit to the batter. You can also omit the protein powder.
