Healthy porridge with fruit

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 2 cups of oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 banana(s)
  • Frozen berries of your choice (recommendation: blueberries)
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp linseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple, vegetarian, healthy and delicious

First, take a small saucepan, add one cup of oats, and place it over medium heat. Then, add two cups of oat milk and stir a few times. While the oat milk is simmering, prepare the other ingredients. Cut a banana into small pieces and let the blueberries thaw. Once the oat milk is simmering, add salt and stir regularly. Depending on the amount, it will take about 15-20 minutes (still stirring regularly) until a thick oat mixture forms. Once this happens, add the honey, flaxseed oil, and flaxseed. Stir a few times. Now, add the fruit, stir again, and the porridge is ready!
