Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Gouda, grated
  • 100 g butter
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, butter, and a tablespoon of herbs in a food processor. Halve the tomatoes and mince the garlic. Halve the onion and thinly slice. Mix the tomatoes, garlic, and onion with the oil, the remaining herbs, salt, and pepper, and place in an ovenproof dish. Spread the breadcrumbs on top and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 40 minutes.
