Healthy semolina porridge with fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk, 1.5% or 0.1% fat
  • 20 g semolina (whole wheat)
  • 1 dashes sweetener, or brown sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • n. B. spice(s), e.g. cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa, …
  • n. B. Fruit, e.g. peaches, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas, ..

Glycemic index, LF30, WW, delicious!

Whisk the egg whites until stiff and refrigerate. Bring the milk to a boil and stir in spices such as vanilla or cinnamon, if desired. Cocoa is also delicious. When the milk boils, stir in the semolina and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with sweetener/sugar. Then fold in the egg whites and serve with the fruit. It’s filling, delicious, and low in calories. Delicious variations: Chocolate semolina porridge with banana; Cinnamon semolina porridge with stewed apples or pears; Vanilla semolina porridge with various berries, cherries, or peaches. I like to use Drinkfit Vanilla (200 ml) instead of milk. It has only 27 kcal per 100 ml and tastes really good.
