Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cm turmeric, organic
  • 50 cl fruit juice, dark
  • ½ kiwi(s)
  • 50 g spinach, frozen
  • 1 handful of mixed salad
  • 3 tablet(s) Spirulina microalgae
  • 1 tsp hemp oil, organic
  • 1 tsp oil (MCT oil)
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk flour
  • ½ small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 80 ml water
  • 1 tsp sauce (Mojo Palmero Picante)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Add all ingredients one at a time to a 750 ml smoothie cup and blend. If everything doesn’t blend right away, simply shake the cup by hand and blend again. Then let the smoothie rest for 5-10 minutes. You can adjust the amount of water to your liking to adjust the consistency.
