Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 230 g dark chocolate
- 115 g butter
- 300 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 60 ml Amaretto
- 70 g flour
- 70 g cocoa powder, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
as they should be
Beat the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the Amaretto. Sift the flour and cocoa powder and fold in. Then add the melted, cooled chocolate and stir in. Pour into a brownie pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Once cooled, cut into small rectangles and enjoy.
