Hearty Cheese and Sausage Cupcakes

- 100 g Corn
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Cup Pancake mix
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 0,6 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Grated cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 12 Pc. Mini sausages
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mix the corn with mayonnaise.
- Whisk the pancake mix with the eggs, milk, grated cheese and salt.
- Place muffin paper cases in a muffin tin and add two tablespoons of batter to each. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise corn on top.
- Put a mini sausage in each tin. Garnish with ketchup and mustard.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
