Hearty Cheese and Sausage Cupcakes

The perfect hearty cheese and sausage cupcakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Corn
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cup Pancake mix
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 0,6 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Grated cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 12 Pc. Mini sausages
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  1. Mix the corn with mayonnaise.
  2. Whisk the pancake mix with the eggs, milk, grated cheese and salt.
  3. Place muffin paper cases in a muffin tin and add two tablespoons of batter to each. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise corn on top.
  4. Put a mini sausage in each tin. Garnish with ketchup and mustard.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
