Noodle and Hunter Schnitzel Casserole

- 500 g Spirelli
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- Parsley
- 4 Discs Jagdwurst
- 1 Egg
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Grated cheese
- Boil the pasta in the boiling salted water, drain and drain well.
- Mix the tomato sauce – I still had some leftover – with the chopped parsley. If you don’t have any more left, you can also have a drink.
- Turn the Jagdwurst in flour, then in quilted egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the sausage slices in a pan with hot clarified butter until golden yellow.
- Grease a baking dish and layer the pasta and sausage slices in it.
- Now pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with the cheese and put it in the warm oven until the cheese has melted golden yellow.
- Now take out the casserole, let it rest a little and enjoy with a small salad if you want.
