- 20 g Unsalted butter
- 1 piece Small shallot
- 1 piece Appenzeller cheese
- 1 piece Camenbert
- 1 Corner Bell pepper cream cheese
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 sip White wine e.g. Rießling
- 5 Sprizter Worchester sauce
- 50 ml Sweet cream
- Sea salt from the mill
- Black pepper from the mill
- Parsley
- Melt the butter and fry the shallot. Deglaze with the white wine and add the vegetable stock. Add the cheese and let it melt. Everything on low heat. Add the seasoning as you like and finally add the cream and let it simmer. Finally add the parsley and serve hot. White bread or farmer’s bread goes well with it. A good.
