Ingredients
 

  • 1 Turkey leg
  • Salt, pepper, garlic squashed
  • 2 Unpeeled new potatoes
  • 120 g Grated mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Rub the leg with salt, pepper and garlic and place in the soaked clay pot, put the lid on it and in the cold oven.
  • 2,200 degrees top and bottom heat, when the temperature is reached, fry for 1/2 hour, then back to 175 degrees.
  • After 1 1/2 hours turn the leg over, add the halved potatoes with the skin facing upwards, continue frying without the lid.
  • 10 minutes before the end of the roasting time (total time approx. 2 1/2 hours), sprinkle cheese over the whole thing and gratinate.
  • When the cheese has melted golden brown, turn off the oven, put the lid on and let it rest for 10 minutes in the remaining heat.
