Hearty Farmer’s Bread with Potato Pancakes and Fried Eggs

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Discs Farmers bread
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 200 g 2 potato pancakes
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 4 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 piece Radish
  • 8 piece Grapes

Instructions
 

  • Brush slices of farmer's bread with 1 tablespoon each of mayonnaise and place on 2 plates. Fry the two potato pancakes in a pan with hot sunflower oil (4 tablespoons) vigorously on both sides for approx. 2 minutes, remove, degrease on kitchen paper and place on the prepared farmhouse bread. One after the other, fry a mirror in the frying pan, season with coarse sea salt from the effort (2 big pinches each) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches each) and place on the potato pancake. Serve garnished with 1 radish and 4 grapes each.
