Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bulbs of garlic
  • ½ liter of oil
  • 3 egg yolks

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for the real garlic fans

Mix the egg yolk with the oil. Add the oil drop by drop at first, whisking to combine. Later, you can add the oil in a fine stream, whisking vigorously. Peel the garlic and chop it finely, preferably in a blender; that’s the quickest way. Add the yogurt, pepper, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt to the mayonnaise (I don’t skimp on the mustard and salt). Finally, add the garlic and stir in. If possible, let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
