Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bag of rice, cooking bag
- 1 half cucumber(s)
- 1 pack seasoning mix for salad, dill herbs or garden herbs
- 6 frozen chicken nuggets
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- some salt
- some sunflower oil
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook boil-in-the-bag rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and cut into small strips, then place it in a bowl. Add 1 packet of dill herbs (or garden herbs) to the cucumber along with a little oil and water, stir to combine, then let it stand for a while. Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown. Remove the grease from the pan and let it cool. Then cut the nuggets into strips. Cut the mozzarella into small, bite-sized pieces. Drain the rice. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and fold in. Quick to make, filling, tastes delicious, and inexpensive. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
