Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Flour
  • 100 gr Ham cubes
  • 2 Pc. Spring onions fresh
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Mineral water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Nutmeg
  • Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Margarine

Instructions
 

  • Cut the spring onions into rings. Heat olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the diced ham and spring onions in it. Mix flour, egg yolk, milk and mineral water into a dough and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and thyme. Beat egg whites very stiff. Add the ham cubes with the spring onions to the batter. Add egg white and fold in carefully. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry about a quarter of the batter on both sides, then tear it into small pieces in the pan and fry briefly. Do the same with the remaining 3 quarters.
