Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 rolls of dough
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 50 g diced ham
- 50 g olives, black, pitted
- 1 jar red pesto
- 1 bunch of oregano
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
for approx. 40 pieces
Finely chop the olives. Pick off the oregano, wash it, and finely chop it. Spread one roll with the pesto and one with crème fraîche. Sprinkle the red pesto roll with the olives and then season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the other roll with the diced ham and oregano and season with salt and pepper. Then roll one side of each roll towards the middle. Cut into about 20 thin slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 8-12 minutes. They taste best fresh and still warm, but are also suitable for a buffet.
