Hearty melon salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 small watermelon(s)
  • 1 small honeydew melon(s)
  • 1 large avocado(s)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped garlic clove(s), in oil, crushed
  • some chili threads
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar
  • some pine nuts
  • 1 shepherd’s cheese
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • 1 pack of crayfish tails

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the melons and avocado, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the chili flakes, which is best done with scissors. Rinse the crayfish tails under running water and drain. Transfer everything to a salad bowl, drizzle with a few squeezes of lemon juice, and season with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the melon salad along with the pine nuts.
