Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g smoked fish(s) (e.g. whitefish, trout, char, mackerel)
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 apple
- 1 pickle(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ stalk(s) leek or 3 spring onions
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dill, chopped
- 1 tsp chives, chopped
- 1 tsp capers, chopped
- Salt
- lemon juice
- Sugar
- e.g. diced tomatoes
- e.g. parsley

Bone the fish. Remove the skin and bones and shred the meat. Dice the eggs, apples, tomatoes, and pickled gherkin. Finely chop the onion and leek. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt. Stir in the chopped herbs and capers. Season with salt, lemon juice, and sugar. Gently mix all ingredients together and garnish with diced tomatoes and parsley.
