Hearty Minced Tortilla Tart

  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 3 piece Wrap 25cm
  • 200 g Herbal cream cheese
  • 2 piece Yellow / green peppers
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 150 g Grated mozzarella
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes canned
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Pizza seasoning
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  1. Peel the carrots, wash the peppers and cut into strips, peel and quarter the onions, cut the beef into cubes. Put everything through the meat grinder one after the other. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan, add the mince and vegetable mixture and fry until crumbly. Add tomato paste, season with paprika, salt, pepper and pizza seasoning, deglaze with pizza tomatoes and season to taste with ketchup. Let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes. The mass should not be too runny.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
