  • 125 g ham (Katenschinken or bacon), diced
  • some oil or clarified butter
  • 2 onions, cut into rings
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cube of gravy
  • ⅛ liter meat broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Maggi
  • Herbs of Provence

Brown the thinly sliced ​​onions in a pan with a little fat. Remove from the pan. Brown the ham well. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry. Deglaze with the meat broth. Add the heavy cream with the cube of meat juices and simmer over medium heat. Season well with salt, pepper, paprika, and Maggi. Now add the sour cream and season with Provençal herbs. Garnish with the onions when serving.
