Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 large potatoes
- 150 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary

Peel the potatoes and halve them lengthwise. Place the halves on the cut side and make a fan-shaped cut into two-thirds of the potatoes. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius. The potatoes should now have fanned out a bit from cooking. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and some rosemary and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
