Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml milk, 0.1% fat
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder, defatted
  • 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. Liquid sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, vegetarian, low-calorie

Combine water, milk, and sweetener in a small saucepan. Stir in cocoa powder, salt, and oats. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Cover and let thicken for 5 minutes, then garnish as desired. This recipe can also be prepared with milk of different fat content. Approximately 251 kcal per serving.
