Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg Schupfnudeln, from the refrigerated section
- 200 g sugar snap peas
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g Black Forest ham, sliced
- salt and pepper
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the potato dumplings in a large, deep pan with a little fat. Cut the ham and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Halve the snow peas, if desired. Add everything to the potato dumplings and season with salt and pepper. Tip: You can also use mushrooms or bell peppers instead of zucchini.
