Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g potato dumplings
- 400 g sauerkraut
- 200 g smoked tofu
- 2 onions
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
a quickly prepared, vegan winter feast
Finely dice the onions and smoked tofu. Fry the dumplings in a little oil until browned all over. Add the onions and smoked tofu and fry for 5 minutes. Finally, stir in the sauerkraut and fry until warm. Tip: I used smoked tofu with spices and a little caraway for this recipe. It adds a great kick to any cabbage and sauerkraut dish.
