Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g beef goulash
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g Cabanossi
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 500 g bell pepper(s)
  • 500 g crème fraîche

  • 3 garlic cloves, more if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes

the party hit!

If necessary, cut the pork and beef goulash a little smaller than they already are, slice the Cabanossi, and dice the onions and bell peppers. Place everything in a roasting pan along with the ground beef, then sprinkle with ketchup, crème fraîche, and crushed garlic. Mix everything well. Close the lid and place the roasting pan in the preheated oven (200°C). Remove after an hour, stir thoroughly, and let it cook uncovered for another hour. Serve with baguette rolls. This recipe doesn’t require any seasoning, as the Cabanossi has a strong flavor of its own. If you prefer it a bit spicier, you can also add “hot” ketchup. Even people who have their own pound pot recipes love this one and now make it themselves. I always serve it at parties, and everyone loves it.
