Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g potatoes
- 300 g minced pork
- 2 onions
- 1 kg savoy cabbage
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp oil
- 200 ml tomato juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash, peel, and quarter the potatoes. Peel and finely dice the onions. Trim, wash, and slice the savoy cabbage. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry the minced meat. Add the onions, potatoes, and savoy cabbage, fry, and season with salt and pepper. Then deglaze with the broth and tomato juice and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Season to taste before serving.
