Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g meat sausage
  • 200 g Emmental cheese
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tbsp spirit vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp white pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

First slice the sausage, then cut it into thin strips. Slice the cheese and cucumbers, and slice the onions into thin rings. Add everything to the marinade made from vinegar, water, oil, salt, and pepper and let it marinate for 1 hour.
