Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 5 small potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes, and cook for 5 minutes. Finely chop the carrot, zucchini, and onion (or garlic if you like) and sauté them in a pan with a little fat. Place the vegetables and potatoes in a bowl. In the same pan, brown the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and add to the vegetables. Let everything cool, then stir in the eggs, cheese, and sour cream. Pour the mixture onto the rolled-out puff pastry and roll it up. Place everything on a prepared baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for 20-30 minutes.
