Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 100 g bacon, streaky, diced
- 1 small white cabbage
- 1 cube of soup powder, dissolved in water
- Salt
- pepper
- Bay leaf
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat along with the diced onion and bacon in a large pot. Stir in the finely chopped white cabbage and sauté briefly. Then add the stock and simmer for 20 minutes with the bay leaf. Leftovers can be easily frozen.
