Super quick, crispy and fluffy wholemeal spelt bread
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Then add the flour (flours can be interchanged according to taste), salt, honey, and vinegar, and knead everything into a smooth dough. Finally, knead in the seeds. Brush a loaf pan with oil and, ideally, dust with flour. Then pour in the dough, sprinkle with a few sunflower seeds, if desired, and bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 1 hour. Then let it cool, remove from the pan, and enjoy. It will keep for several days!
