Hearty Wholemeal Bread
The perfect hearty wholemeal bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 340 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 Pck. Dry yeast or 1/2 cube of freshness
- 2 tsp Honey liquid
- 500 g Whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 shot Rapeseed oil
- 100 g Salad kernel mix with e.g.
- Sunflowers; Pumpkin; Soy; Pine trees; and cashew nuts
- *Alnatura*
- Mix warm water with yeast and honey. Mix flour with salt. Knead everything well with oil! Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes!
Preheat oven to 220 degrees!
- Knead the dough well again and knead the salad kernel mix with it! Shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper! Let it go for another 10 minutes!
- Tip some water around the bread. About 3-4 tablespoons! The floor will be really crispy!
- Bake the bread for about 45-50 minutes! The bread is ready when it sounds hollow when you knock on it! 🙂
