Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 4 m.-large banana(s), very ripe
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 4 tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the bananas, halve them, place them in a bowl, and blend thoroughly (Important: The bananas should be very ripe, so the cream tastes even sweeter!). Add 4 tablespoons of milk and blend briefly again. Then add the mascarpone, natural yogurt, and sugar and whisk until smooth. The cream can be eaten warm or cold, depending on your taste. It also goes well with vanilla or strawberry ice cream. Serving tips: Pour the cold cream into small bowls. Blend the raspberries with a pinch of sugar, bring to a boil, and spread about 2 tablespoons of it over the banana cream. Then, with a fork, “draw” any pattern you like on the surface. If you like it even sweeter, you can use chocolate sauce instead of the raspberries, which is available in any well-stocked supermarket.
