  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Paradise cream vanilla
  • ************
  • 3 Chocolate muffins
  • Peach liqueur
  • ************
  • Mint
  1. Wash and chop the fruit. Melt the sugar in a saucepan and add the juice. Add the fruit cubes and vanilla sticks and let reduce a little, bind with the mixed cornstarch and allow to cool.
  2. Chop the muffins and distribute them in the glasses, soak them with peach liqueur … depending on your taste!
  3. Whip the quark, milk and vanilla sugar with the paradise cream
  4. Fish the vanilla stick out of the fruit and distribute the fruit on the muffin crumbs, pour the cream on top and chill. Decorate with mint before serving.
