Hedge Soup with Kegs

The perfect hedge soup with kegs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the soup:

  • 750 ml Elderberry fruit juice
  • 250 ml Blackberry fruit juice
  • 1 Pc. Apple
  • Sugar

For the Klüts:

  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 40 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Msp Vanilla sugar
  1. First bring the ingredients for the soup to the boil. Then work the ingredients for the Klüten into a dough. The result is a tough dough, from which you can cut off small lumps (lumps) with two teaspoons, which are then dropped into the gently boiling, almost ready soup. Cooking time for the Klüts is two to four minutes.
