Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp brandy
- 375 g flour
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- n. B. sugar (granulated sugar)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes
Using your hands, make a smooth dough from the first four ingredients and form into rolls. Brush each roll with egg yolk and then roll in sugar. Wrap the rolls in foil and chill for 3 hours. Then, cut approximately 0.5 cm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the slices in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 10 minutes.
