- 100 g mushrooms
- ½ bunch chervil
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g cream cheese, light herb
- Salt
- Pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Pick and chop the chervil leaves. Heat the oil. Sauté the onions and garlic. Add the mushrooms and fry. Pour in the broth. Stir in the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the chervil over the soup.
