Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 rolls (baguette rolls, can also be baguette bread)
- 125 g butter (room temperature)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut into the baguette rolls. Cream the butter until smooth. Peel the garlic clove, finely dice it, and stir it into the butter along with the parsley. Season with salt. Spread it into the cuts in the rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes.
