Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • curry
  • 1 baguette(s), approx. 200g

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the finely chopped herbs with the butter and season to taste with the spices. Cut the baguette diagonally, the width of a slice, but don’t cut all the way through. Spread the herb butter between the slices. Wrap the baguette in aluminum foil and bake in the oven or on the grill for 5-10 minutes at 200°C. Then, if desired, cut the slices all the way through and arrange them on a platter. Serve as a side dish for raw vegetables, salads, soups, or for grilling.
