Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 package of herbs, frozen
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt

the quick version
Combine the herbs with the butter. Sprinkle a little salt (about 1/2 teaspoon) over the mixture and add crushed or finely chopped garlic cloves. Mix everything together well. For extra thoroughness, knead by hand and/or use really soft butter. Refrigerate for at least an hour. It’s not much work, but it’s still a hit at any barbecue. Frozen herbs are better than their reputation. Serve with flatbread or baguette, briefly warmed on the grill!
