Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 1 tbsp basil, frozen
- 1 tbsp parsley, frozen
- 1 tbsp chives, frozen
- 1 large garlic clove(s)
- ½ tsp salt

It always works!
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in time to soften it, then place it in a small bowl. Peel the garlic and press it directly into the butter using a garlic press. Add the salt and frozen herbs and mix everything thoroughly and for a long time! Cover the butter (it has a very strong aroma!) and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before use.
