Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mixture), frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

great for grilling

Place the softened butter in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika (plenty of paprika so the butter is nice and red), and garlic cloves to taste. Finally, fold in the thawed herbs and mix well.
