Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 package of toast bread
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb frozen)
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the butter from the refrigerator and let it soften slightly. Let the frozen herbs thaw slightly. Place the butter in a small bowl, add the thawed herbs, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Then open the toast and spread the herb butter on one side of each slice. Build a small tower out of the slices. Wrap the toast tower in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. This toast tastes delicious with grilled meat.
