Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 spring onions
- 250 g butter
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. Herbs to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stir the butter, if possible, until smooth. Wash and slice the spring onions, and fold them into the butter. Finely chop the garlic and mix with the butter. Add the herbs, salt, and pepper and stir one last time. It’s perfect as a side dish for barbecues!
