Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of corn, fine sweetcorn
  • 50 g herb butter or
  • 50 g butter
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Alternative to corn on the cob

Heat the canned corn and its juices in a small saucepan with the melted herb butter and serve as a side dish with grilled food. If you don’t like herb butter, use regular butter and season with salt to taste. It’s THE best alternative to boiled corn on the cob.
