Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 1 small onion(s), very finely diced (optional)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Herbs (parsley, chives), finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
ideal for dipping
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until creamy. Milk can be used instead of cream. The herb curd is great as a dip, but can also be used as a spread.
