Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 1 small shallot(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 sprigs of marjoram
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 ml milk
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onions and shallots. Wash the herbs, shake them dry, and finely chop them (cut the chives into small rolls). Stir the quark with the milk until smooth and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Then fold in the onions and herbs. Cover the quark and let it stand for 30 minutes. Tip: You can use a second onion instead of the shallot, and you can also replace the milk with mineral water.
