Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some chives
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the chives and garlic and mix with the remaining ingredients. Adjust the amount of salt and chives to taste.
