Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Plum(s), dried
  • Bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wrap each plum in bacon and secure it. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Place the wrapped plums in a baking dish. Place the dish in the hot oven for about 20-25 minutes. The bacon should be crispy.
