Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 4 eggs – hard-boiled
  • 4 drops of Maggi
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the onions into rings, place them in a 3- to 5-cm-deep dish, and sprinkle with salt. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top. Carefully slice the eggs, mix in half, and reserve the rest for garnishing. Mix the other ingredients together to make a dressing and drizzle it over the dish. Garnish with the remaining eggs. It tastes best with a good farmer’s sausage sandwich.
