Herb curd with egg

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 stalks of spring onion(s), cut into rings
  • some chives, cut into rolls
  • some stalks of parsley, roughly chopped
  • some dill, chopped
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly water or milk
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • e.g. potato(s), peeled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

with boiled potatoes

Combine the quark with fresh herbs, add a little water if needed, until creamy, season with salt, pepper, and vinegar, and let it sit for a while. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes and egg. Chop the egg into small pieces and add it to the herb quark. Serve with the boiled potatoes.
