Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 kohlrabi
- 4 tbsp herb butter
- Flour
- ¼ liter broth
- 1 cup of cream
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 200 g ham, raw, diced
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi, cut into wedges, and sauté in herb butter. Dust with flour and deglaze with broth, then sauté for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the ham in oil. Add the cream to the kohlrabi and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and add the finely chopped parsley and ham.
